Where is the narrator from. Must be AI.
We need more of these my man don't quit
Mc Govern is a huge Cavan name. I can't believe it was not included.
A lot of these places aren’t Celtic like the Scottish lowlands or south Wales. Maybe if the borders were drawn more around different lines than borders of the current countries
If you're a Reilly like this comment 🏴🇮🇪🍀
Born and brought up in Cavan and proud of it wouldn't change it for anything
Make Tannu Tuva Great Again!

5:07 Cobh! 5:09 Crosshaven!

I just happened to see this lake when looking at my weather app and was curious about it
Why the strange accent. Couldn’t you get an Irish person to read it.
@@PatTalbot I am Irish. I'm sorry that you're unable to appreciate the accents of your country.
Fort of the foreigners i belive may refer to the galloglas men, the hired mercanery men of the o donnell clan in donegal, not sure there was ever much viking presence in donegal
Not really
Newfoundland's culture is very Irish, to the point it's been described as "Ireland with Chevy pickup trucks".
I think the accent would give away whether youre in Ireland or Italy 😂 these videos are AMAZING, Im a huge fan.
Awsome
Has this guy got a speech impediment or is it my ears?
Very strange accent. And I have relatives fro m Cork
Wonderful video. 😊
Just an excuse to be b*goted against the English
English Celts existed as well as the genes continue to be passed on toillions of English people.
I’m not sure I believe in courses I never have, but I have seen Mail rise and rise again and fail it each time and I my heart is broken because I don’t understand. However, if there was one member still alive on that team, their time is coming up.
Curses
I lived just outside Borris for 3 months in 2015. Lovely view of the Blackstairs Mountains. Climbed Mt Leinster. Saw a dolmen. Lovely place, hope I'll get back there one day.
Are there people who work in Cavan or Monaghan and live in Fermanagh?
Both is so good! Love france 🇫🇷 from Turkey 🇹🇷🇹🇷❤️🇫🇷

Bougainville will become an independence-Who will give it to him?
Great video, although a few points to mention. You make very little mention of Northern Ireland before addressing in a hypothetical world it would reunite with the Republic of Ireland, I would argue that it's a Celtic Nation in it's own right. When mentioning the nations in the UK, you again forget about Northern Ireland, and also include the Isle of Man, which is factually incorrect. Again when mentioning the breakup of the UK, Northern Ireland isn't included on either of the maps, and the Isle of Man is, even though it's a crown dependency and not part of the UK. Other border disputes would likely happen at along the Cymru/England border, in towns such as Chepstow & Hay on Wye and the English city of Chester. Thanks for covering this topic, would love to see it happen. Maybe one day. Diolch

My family is English but they are descendants from the Vandeleur and Scott families of Kilrush and Cahercon in Clare
Do Louth please!
I used to go to Pettigo as a boy in the early 60s. My family have Irish connections.I love Ireland and the Irish. Ireland for the Irish 🙏
My mother and her siblings were born in Donegal. I love going to see all my aunts uncles and cousins every year.
Yes i remember i stayed at Killybegs back in the 80s as i was engaged to a girl from their.I think there was a place that made carpet's &a Catering College.A nice beach & nature reserve.🙂
Very informative and well articulated presentation
Donegal is my favourite county outside of Ni. Obviously the 6 in norn iron are the best lol 😂😂.
My dad's grandparents came from Donegal ❤
I was an English visitor a few years ago so found this very informative but l have a couple of questions l hope someone can answer. First, the climate. I was told depressions generally track over Donegal and then onto Scotland. When the weather here is fine, it’s usually worse over the rest of the British isles. Is this true? Second is more cultural and controversial. I love going to Ireland, know my history and try to be respectful. I felt some, not exactly hostility but let us say a frisson in Donegal which l have not experienced elsewhere in Ireland. i can understand why people might feel hostile but l was not sure if it was me being over sensitive. There were times in pubs where l felt the sound of an English accent was an intrusion into something. Would like to hear some Irish views on this.
I am a descendant of Mackie family from Letterkenny, Donegal. This very interesting to watch but find the commentator is speaking too fast 😢
There’s only one thing I know about people from Donegal, they will never stop talking about Donegal. 😅😅😅
Derry 🎉🎉🎉🎉 not sure where that other place is
This is informative for sure but you mentioned “the great famine “ a number of times. Although it is still thought in schools as most of our accepted learned knowledge was written by our oppressors. It is however now widely recognized that no such event ever took place in Ireland ( most of our patriotic songs tell the true story ) People starved for sure …..but due to more chilling reasons . It would be much more accurate and appropriate to omit such stories from accounts of Irish history.
As a molisan we do exist yes we are not as popular as other regions thats the joke but italians are competitive and proud peoples so arrogance runs in our blood as our passions so its a beautiful area my ancestors are from there and am proud!
Forgive me but this is a southern childish ignorant view of donegal inishowen and ulster ....HE MEANS WELL BUT ITS A 12 YEAR OLDS VIEW FROM SOUTHERN IRISH VIEWS ...1970...GOD BLYSS HIM ...
